Hipower System

Incident Information Detection(IID)

Using camera streaming as the source for event detection, the system is configured to detect object types and behavior patterns. It can detect abnormal behaviors such as pedestrian loitering, vehicle idling, vehicle driving in the wrong direction, illegal crossing, smoke, scattered objects, and unauthorized motorcycle usage within the monitoring range. Additionally, the system has a built-in event recording function that can save pre-event and post-event recordings. It is integrated with the Event Management System (CMS) for event storage, retrieval, and management.

This system equipment can be paired with HiPower cameras (bullet/panoramic) or thermal cameras to accommodate various intersection and environmental monitoring applications. It also integrates with the central system management platform iCMS to receive and manage information from multiple sets of IIDs event detectors.

Why choose IIDs?

The system can install cameras on roadside lampposts or vertical poles at a height of about 6 meters to detect events such as scattered objects, vehicle stopping, vehicle reverse driving, pedestrian walking, bicycle movement, and smoke on the road.

The installation areas may include tunnels, expressways, and critical road sections.

It can receive the general video stream of the camera (RTSP), with a frame rate of above 15fps and a resolution of above 720p.

Each detector is categorized based on hardware specifications, distinguishing between on-site hosts (1 channel/2 channels) and central server specifications (4 channels/8 channels/16 channels).

A large amount of training data is directly obtained from images in the tunnel for deep learning.

The original algorithm model has been streamlined to improve overall processing efficiency, reducing the computational load by more than 40% and the graphic processing memory by more than 45%.

Object detection accuracy is enhanced through object depth tracking and behavioral pattern recognition.

The system can box objects, label object types, and accumulate the display time of objects exceeding the abnormal setting.

Different types of objects can be distinguished, including motorcycles, cars, large vehicles, pedestrians, and scattered objects. Customized handling for other types of objects is also supported.

Event occurrence and location on the road are detected and recorded (e.g., a vehicle stopped in the first lane).

Built-in event recording function, integrated with the event management system for event storage, retrieval, and query management.

It can be paired with cameras or thermal cameras for various intersection or environmental monitoring applications.

Display real-time images from each camera at the intersection, and pop up windows to show relevant event information.

It has statistical charts to display event types and event statistical analysis charts.

Supports setting event information to be transmitted to specified addresses and supports export management functions.

The system has a built-in function for event-triggered recording one minute before and three minutes after the event. Files are automatically stored and transmitted to the event recording management workstation for storage and retrieval.

It can be paired with HiPower's backend management system platform for remote data management, retrieval and query applications, as well as system status detection and notification management applications.

HiPower provides original technical services, and after-sales service includes free online system remote update service.

Timely warnings to ensure regional safety.

Detection Function

Pedestrian Loitering

Pedestrian Loitering

When pedestrians approach a hazardous area (work zone/lake), the system detects their presence, tracks their position, and monitors their behavior.

Vehicle Waiting

Vehicle Waiting

By drawing a detection line anywhere on the screen, the system checks if vehicles on the road are stopped or waiting. It identifies the position and behavioral characteristics of the vehicles, allowing the system to determine if a vehicle is in a waiting state.

Vehicle Wrong Way

Vehicle Wrong Way

Detects vehicles (cars, motorcycles, bicycles, etc.) traveling in the wrong direction on a traffic road.

Line Crossing Violation

Line Crossing Violation

Checks if vehicles or pedestrians cross or pass through lane dividers. A designated area is set up with detection lines to monitor the entry and exit of objects. Violations are determined through edge detection, contour analysis, and other methods.

Smoke Detection

Smoke Detection

Identifies the presence of smoke by analyzing features like color, texture, and density in the images. It checks for visual interference such as smoke, haze, or heavy fog.

Debris Detection

Checks if there is debris scattered on the road. The system analyzes features like shape, size, and position of objects in the image to determine if there is scattered debris.

Motorcycle Violation

Motorcycle Violation

Detects instances where motorcycles are violating traffic rules, such as entering highways, speeding, running red lights, etc. The system recognizes the vehicle's motion and traffic signal features to determine if a violation has occurred.

Lane Congestion Level

Lane Congestion Level

Utilizes image recognition of vehicle types and lane occupancy to identify traffic conditions as smooth-flowing, congested, or crowded.
