IID_16CH Incident Information Detection Analysis Serve

Incident Information Detection(IID)

1.Monitor, manage, and operate the video analyzer
2.Receive event alerts and event video footage detected by the video analyzer.
3.Equipped with a Chinese graphical user interface for monitoring, operation, and querying functions.
*Real-time reception of events and issuance of audible alerts to notify operators to monitor the event location; the audible alert can be enabled or disabled.
4.Event alert function | 5. Video storage function | 6.Management function
7.Communication loop error detection function | 8. Event query function | 9. Data recovery function
10. The system adopts a Client-Server architecture, capable of providing authorization for 15 or more clients.
11. The system supports a cluster system backup architecture, consisting of two sets of identical computer equipment and network systems. In the event of a server failure, the system will proactively transfer data to another server.
12. Provides system restoration function and offers system backup discs.
13. Provides the capability for the video event detection workstation to access event messages and videos.
14. System time calibration function: The equipment can automatically calibrate the system time via the transmission network with the central computer.
15. Generates XML files for the following data every minute, for retrieval by the central computer system.
16.Generates JSON files for real-time event data, for retrieval by the central computer system of the cloud-based project.
17.Event statistics | 18.False alarm reporting | 19.Information security

Reported Information
The reported information includes the event category, occurrence time, occurrence lane, vehicle type, and camera number.
Real-time Event Image Reporting (The event location will be marked on the screen).
Information Recording Data
Configurable by the Image Event Detection Workstation to record 1 to 3 minutes before the event occurs.
Configurable by the Image Event Detection Workstation to set event recording time, with a maximum setting of up to 4 minutes.
Input image format and event recording format are 1280x720 pixels or higher, color, at least 30 FPS, in both H.265 and H.264 compression formats, and support single-frame playback.
Hardware Status Detection and Reporting
Able to detect the status of the image analyzer and camera image loss.
When there is a change in hardware status, immediate status reporting will be initiated.
Able to provide real-time hardware status reporting upon query command.
System Time Calibration
Able to automatically calibrate system time through the network and the central computer's time calibration system.
Hardware Abnormality Recovery
Remote communication reset can be performed from the Image Event Detection Workstation.
Remote hardware reset can be initiated, with memory data being retained during the reset.
In the event of a power outage followed by restoration, the system will automatically restart, undergo an initialization process, and resume normal operation.
Equipped with a Watch-Dog, enabling automatic initialization.
After the initialization process is completed, it will automatically report to the central terminal. If there are any abnormal data, a request can be made to the central terminal to download relevant configuration data.
Data Storage and Protection
Each piece of data (including event images) can be stored locally for a minimum of 7 days.
(Each camera records events for 4 minutes per event, up to 10 events per day)

In case of communication disconnection, data can be stored locally.
Event images will indicate the event location.
Even when disconnected from the Image Event Detection Server, the Image Analyzer will continue to store event data (including images).
Upon restoration of connection with the Image Event Detection Server, it will automatically replenish event data and images stored by the Image Analyzer during the disconnection period.
