Traffic Violation Enforcement Solution Series (TVE)

The primary goal of the TVE Technology Enforcement Solution Series is to utilize AI image detection to identify object types and target violations such as parking in restricted areas or driving in the wrong direction in lanes designated for pedestrians and specific vehicles. This is achieved by setting up a network monitoring system in the monitoring area environment. Depending on the on-site conditions, detection and identification can occur either on-site or by transmitting images via fiber optics to a central control room for centralized detection. Additionally, on-site edge AI image detection or central control room private cloud systems can be used for automatic violation detection, image capture, storage, and recording of events before and after the violation. This facilitates accessing historical event image data during violation reporting and inquiries.
The scope of application for the technology enforcement system generally includes the following tasks:
1.Detection and recognition of vehicles crossing solid lines.
2.Detection and recognition of vehicles illegally parked in restricted areas.
3.Detection and recognition of vehicles driving in the wrong direction on ramps.
4.Detection and recognition of pedestrians and motorcycles illegally entering highways.
By employing advanced intelligent image license plate detection and recognition technology, TVE can rapidly and accurately detect vehicle tracking, positioning, and license plate capture, ultimately identifying the license plate number. Through the installation of network cameras on roadways, the TVE system integrates with AVI/IID systems to effectively detect vehicles and license plate objects from various directions in high-speed traffic, simultaneously recognizing license plate numbers.
Additionally, it can be applied for accessing and querying vehicle passage records by governing bodies, and integrated with electronic maps for applications such as trajectory tracking and other field setups.

This system's equipment can be paired with HIPOWER's peripheral devices, such as RFID readers, license plate recognition cameras (AVI_CAM), and LED supplementary lights, to facilitate vehicle detection and recognition during movement. Such integration offers a more comprehensive vehicle management solution. Simultaneously, when combined with the Central Violation Reporting and Retrieval Management System (TVE-CMS), it can cater to multi-lane deployment and management requirements, further expanding its capabilities and application scope.

Application Areas

Enhancing traffic safety and improving traffic efficiency across various management scenarios.

Urban Intersections
Urban Intersections
The TVE system can be deployed near busy commercial areas in urban districts to establish violation detection and recognition applications. It can record the waiting time of vehicles and provide access to images for query regarding extended stays. It can be combined with digital voice announcements or digital signage for guidance and management of prolonged vehicle stays, including enforcement.
Highways
Highways
The TVE system can be applied to highway interchange systems for detecting and recognizing instances of vehicles driving in the wrong direction or entering without authorization. It can identify and report license plate numbers of vehicles in violation and also detect incidents of pedestrians, motorcycles, or bicycles entering interchanges. The system can integrate information displays and alarm triggers to provide real-time warnings to drivers or pedestrians on-site.
Industrial Zone Vehicle Management
Industrial Zone Vehicle Management
For vehicle passageways at entrances or unloading areas, the TVE system can detect violations such as unauthorized parking in no-parking zones and simultaneously recognize vehicle license plates. This helps establish enforcement management for vehicles within the industrial zone. Additionally, for vehicles driving in the wrong direction within the industrial zone, relevant violations can also be managed and reported.
Lane Driving Management
Lane Driving Management
The TVE system can detect whether vehicles are adhering to regulations based on lane markings or painted lines at intersections. It can identify instances of vehicles crossing lane lines in violation and recognize license plate numbers. This assists in intersection incident investigation and monitoring, providing support for traffic safety and law enforcement.
