Rail CMS Intelligent Railway Safety Management

The Track Safety Management System is primarily aimed at addressing safety concerns along the track. It provides real-time monitoring, statistics, and detection-triggered alerts for trackside environments including stations, level crossings, along the track, and slope areas. The goal of this management system is to establish early warning alerts and prevent accidents from causing damage. Through the intelligent AIOT recognition monitoring system, it detects and analyzes station pedestrian traffic, tracks pedestrians at level crossings, identifies passing vehicles and traffic flow, detects foreign objects at level crossings and activates alarms, monitors personnel lingering and debris along the track, conducts rockfall monitoring on slopes with a rain gauge, monitors the environmental conditions in equipment boxes, and oversees the operation status of level crossing equipment. The monitoring data and image information are transmitted to the management system platform for integrated management via fiber-optic networks, NBIOT, or mobile communication. Additionally, it provides central management personnel with real-time interpretation and remote control in case of anomalies.

Through real-time event information alerts and the integration of pop-up windows with live images displayed on the system platform, it can detect and categorize types of events along the track. This allows for statistical analysis and the formulation of strategies to reduce accident risks, which is more effective than simple awareness reminders.

Application Areas

Offers third-party integration interface project customization services.

Traditional Rail Transport Management
Traditional Rail Transport Management
Applicable for general traditional rail transport management applications, providing specific industry rail transport management or low-speed rail passage management applications, remote monitoring and control of level crossings, and along-track safety monitoring and contingency management.
Level Crossing Violation Reporting
Level Crossing Violation Reporting
By using image recognition technology and integrating with level crossing equipment such as barrier gates and warning lights, it can identify violations in monitored images, such as vehicle trespassing, pedestrian trespassing, and debris lingering, assisting law enforcement agencies in reporting and handling violations.
Logistics Terminal and Factory Area Management
Logistics Terminal and Factory Area Management
Combining terminal logistics vehicle container transit with automatic recognition and integration of weighbridges, it establishes a complete history for retrieval and inquiry of inbound and outbound records. Simultaneously, it adopts appointment-based review management for visitor personnel, integrates sensors and remote controllers for scheduling monitoring and event-triggered remote linkage, and conducts remote control management operations.
Light Rail Intersection Safety Monitoring
Light Rail Intersection Safety Monitoring
For level crossings in urban areas without barrier gates for light rail transit, it can establish warning light triggering and signal integration to provide intersection signal systems for control. Meanwhile, by using the recognition of vehicles and pedestrians in traffic images, it can monitor the safety conditions of intersections, including ensuring correct signal timing and detecting traffic violations, helping to enhance the traffic safety of intersections.

Benefits

Enhancing Level Crossing Safety

Enhancing Level Crossing Safety

By identifying vehicles, pedestrians, and traffic events in the recorded images, potential safety risks such as vehicle delays, unauthorized crossings, pedestrian crossings, obstructions, and the status of electromechanical equipment at level crossings can be detected in real-time. This assists safety management departments and authorities in responding promptly and taking appropriate measures to reduce accident rates.
Station Safety Management

Station Safety Management

Establishing control over traffic flow, dwell time of disembarking vehicles, and passenger flow status around the station, combined with display boards, helps station management units optimize vehicle disembarkation management, improve traffic congestion, and monitor crowd management, thereby enhancing station safety management efficiency.
Real-time Information and Services

Providing Real-time Information and Services

Through the integration of AIOT image detection and recognition with IoT monitoring, real-time information related to level crossing conditions, electromechanical equipment and foreign object detection events, environmental rainfall conditions, or rockfall incidents can be provided. This message notification mechanism aids drivers, central administrators, and track maintenance managers in making wiser and more accurate management decisions, while also enhancing overall operational efficiency.
Improving Efficiency

Improving Maintenance Management Efficiency

Traditional methods of maintaining along-track equipment require significant manpower and time costs. By automatically monitoring equipment status and integrating real-time images with remote authorization control within electronic maps, maintenance management units can provide more timely and rapid control over equipment maintenance and emergency response efficiency.

Along-track Event Early Warnings

Establishing Along-track Event Early Warnings

具Establishing Along-track Event Early Warnings Integration of various detection and recognition methods with IoT monitoring devices provides rich traffic data and event information related to level crossings, as well as environmental rainfall data, rockfall incidents, and the operating status of electromechanical equipment. These can be used to assist central management personnel in real-time event displays and synchronizing information to train drivers via mobile data transmission.
Event Analysis

Event Analysis, Statistics, and Investigation

By analyzing traffic data, event types, and equipment operating status at level crossings, proper statistics can be established. Analyzing event types allows for the creation of management decisions. Utilizing event video playback to determine accident causes and liabilities helps traffic management units conduct accident analysis and investigation, improve traffic facilities and safety measures, and reduce traffic accidents.
