The technology utilizes deep learning for image recognition and analysis, with data including traffic flow statistics, occupancy detection, average vehicle speed detection, and vehicle type identification functions.

• The Detection Controller (VDS_2CH) primarily functions to facilitate transmission and reception in conjunction with the Traffic Flow Analysis Server (VDS_CMS).
• After detecting and recognizing real-time intersection-related traffic conditions, the traffic flow detector transmits relevant data and status information to the Detection Controller (VDS_2CH) for temporary storage and log generation. Simultaneously, it utilizes the Traffic Communication 3.0 protocol for transmission to the central control room platform.
• It supports receiving data image communication and on-site storage functions with the HIPOWER Traffic Flow Analysis Server (VDS_CMS).
• It is capable of transmitting data using the Traffic V3.0 communication format.
• It is used in conjunction with the establishment of a data management platform for operation.。
• Currently, it is compatible with the General Highway Administration and Traffic Control Center platform for transmission and integration.
