〉Integrated NC Control + PLC: Combines NC control and PLC into one system. It uses a specialized language for NC positioning. It supports up to 4-axis high-speed pulse output (HSPSO) on a single machine, with a maximum frequency of up to 920KHz. It also has multi-axis synchronous motion and linear interpolation functions.
〉Integration of NC Positioning Control in FBs-PLC SoC Chip: The NC positioning control is integrated into the FBs-PLC system-on-chip (SoC) crystal, merging PLC and NC control into a unified system. It allows for resource sharing and eliminates the need for data exchange between two separate systems. The NC positioning control uses a specialized instruction language for positioning. Users can choose to write programs in either mechanical units or electrical units, and control parameters can be dynamically changed during execution. It supports a maximum of 4-axis output, with a maximum frequency of 200 KHz (MC) or 920 KHz (MN). It also enables multi-axis linear interpolation and dynamic tracking. When combined with the 4 sets of built-in HHSC in FBs-PLC, it can achieve even more precise closed-loop high-speed positioning control.
